TRACK YOUR ORDER
Overview
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment through the carrier’s tracking system. If you have not received tracking information, please contact our support team.

How to Track Your Order

To track your order:
• Check your shipping confirmation email.
• Locate the tracking number provided.
• Click the tracking link or enter the tracking number on the carrier’s website.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

If Tracking Information Is Not Available

If your tracking information has not updated after several days, it may be due to carrier processing times, handoff between logistics partners, or customs clearance. Please allow some time for the tracking system to update. If the tracking remains unchanged for an unusually long period, contact us and we will help review the shipment with the carrier. If a carrier investigation confirms that a package is lost or has not been delivered, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
