Most orders are processed and dispatched within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Most orders are prepared by our artisan partners and fulfillment team for international delivery.
Certain handcrafted or made-to-order items may require additional preparation time where stated on the product page or communicated after purchase.
If we are unable to dispatch your order within the stated processing time, we will notify you and offer the option to continue waiting or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Ginkgoods ships to most countries and regions worldwide.
If your country or region is not available at checkout, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to assist you.

3.Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and local logistics services. Estimated transit time begins after dispatch and does not include customs clearance.
Estimated delivery times:
United States — 7–15 business days after dispatch
Canada — 10–18 business days after dispatch
Europe / United Kingdom — 10–18 business days after dispatch
Australia / New Zealand — 12–20 business days after dispatch
Asia — 7–12 business days after dispatch
Other regions — 14–25 business days after dispatch
Please note that delivery times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, or courier delays.

4.Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
Destination country
Package weight and size
Selected shipping method
From time to time, Ginkgoods may offer free shipping promotions for selected regions or order values.

5.Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your shipment through the courier’s tracking system or via the Track Your Order page on our website.
If you do not receive tracking information within a few days after placing your order, please contact our support team.

6.Customs Duties & Import Taxes
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise required by applicable law.
If a package is refused, not collected, or returned because duties, taxes, or local charges were unpaid, original shipping, return shipping, carrier handling fees, or customs-related costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

7.Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
Ginkgoods cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist before the order is shipped.

8.Lost or Delayed Packages
If your shipment appears to be significantly delayed or lost during transit, please contact our customer support team.
We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue. If tracking confirms that a package is lost or has not been delivered after a reasonable carrier investigation, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows delivered but you cannot locate the package, please contact us promptly so we can help investigate with the carrier and review possible next steps.
For high-value or fragile orders, delivery confirmation or signature service may be used where available.
Please note that delivery delays caused by customs clearance or external logistics disruptions may be beyond our control, but we will assist with reasonable carrier follow-up.

9.Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged item
Photos of the packaging
Our support team will review the case and assist you with a replacement, refund, or other appropriate resolution where applicable. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.

10.Handcrafted Processing Time
Many Ginkgoods products are handcrafted using traditional techniques.
Some items may require additional preparation time due to the artisanal process involved. If preparation will exceed the stated processing time, we will notify you and provide the option to wait or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund.
We appreciate your patience and support for traditional craftsmanship.

Whenever possible, we use recyclable or responsibly sourced packaging materials to protect your items while minimizing waste.
